A new month, a new playlist! After all these dark Winter months Spring has finally arrived. Celebrate this with our new playlist, containing 10 awesome tracks. Listen to the tracks and read why we chose these songs for this month.
Excellent Indie Rock songwriting by Jon Magnusson. Besides being a great supporter and promotor of the Indie music scene, Jon manages to create catchy songs himself. This one has outstanding, superb guitar riffs and great rhythm supported by distinguished vocals. Is it personal? Relational? Political? Decide for yourself!
Pure kick-in-the-face Rock'n'Roll by The New ResistANTs. Girl's Gone Crazy? We bet they do! If you're into 60s inspired Punk packed with loud guitars this is your fix.
It starts innocently enough but quickly progresses into a roller coaster of tones that leaves the listener feeling purposely disoriented by its close, and it’s oh so good.
Did someone say Ska sucks? Hell no! Tef London is guided by an invigorating mix of American music like Swing, Punk and Dixieland.
Want to take a quick break? Have a listen to this new track by The Velvet Hands, recorded for a limited edition colour vinyl 7" for Record Store Day 2017. It's Fast. It's Punk. It's Rock'n'Roll and very well done!
We have found a new Spring anthem with 'New Day'. An uplifting mix of Funk and Blues with a catchy horn section and fat bluesy 'Jelly' guitar solos.
A melodic mix of Metal, Hard Rock and heavy guitars. Great vocals and powerful guitar riffs and solo. Today, tonight, tomorrow. Whatever you do these days, make sure you listen to 'My Friend'!
Crazy Kind of Way? The song is over before you know it but it sure as hell is catchy, fun, energetic and original. Mainly because of the keyboard and saxophone. Sounds like The Bad Manners found a distortion pedal, amped up their guitars and reinvented their sound.
Monday Morning? If every Monday morning is like The BOHOs present it, bring it on! Strong songwriting, catchy guitar riffs and a great sound overall.
This is fun! The Smoke Machines provide 5 minutes of Nintendo infused oldschool Synth Pop. People are just fucking boring, well this song isn't. A great idea to musically support a G. Carlin speech which makes it difficult not to laugh out loud.
Be an angel, support the artists and repost this playlist on Soundcloud! Share with your friends and become a proud member and promotor of the independent music scene!
